Product description
Bond 2000 is a single - pack special SBR base latex formulated as a cement bonding agent. Bond 2000 bonds most common building materials provided one surface is porous. It is used to improve the physical properties of ordinary Portland cement system.

Surface preparation
Surface must be clean and sound. Remove oil, grease, unsound concrete, loose materials and foreign matters with compressed air. A properly prepared surface should be clean and sound and uniformly wet with water. RECOMMENDATION : Any steel trowelling should be very light, with minimum number of passes. All applications should be wet, the primer must not be allowed to dry. Mixture may need adjustment of water to achieve required consistency.
Application details
Mix designs Blend cement and sand separately. Add Bond 2000 and water mixed. If necessary add more water until the desired consistency is achieved. Cleaning tools
All equipments should be cleaned with water immediately after use.
Application conditions
At a temperature ranging 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F) . Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Can should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F).
Safety precautions
The following notes should be considered when using/applying material:- (a) Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at one). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of paint with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flames (for solvent-based materials).
