Bond 3000 is a new generation of cement admixture bonding agent. It is acrylic based polymer for use as concrete bonding agent and cement modifier.

Surface preparation
Surface must be clean and sounded. Remove oil, grease, unsound concrete, loose materials and foreign matters with compressed air. All applications should be wet on wet, the primer must not be allowed to dry. Bonding grout will stiffen in 1-2 hours after mixing so mixing should be only in small batches.

Application details
Mix designs ☐ Blend cement and sand separately. ☐ Add Bond 3000 and water mixed. ☐ If necessary add more water until the desired consistency is obtained. The following table shows the mixing ratios for the different type of works :- Type of work | Cement | Sand | Bond 3000 | Water Bonding Grout | 50 KG | - | 17 KG. | 17 LTR. Leveling mortar ( 8-10 thickness ) | 50 KG | 150 KG | 5 KG. | 17 LTR. Repair mortar and renders | 50 KG | 150 KG | 10 KG. | Sufficient to give required consistency.
Cleaning tools
All equipments should be cleaned with water immediately after use.
Application conditions
At a temperature ranging 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104°F) . Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Can should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104°F).
Safety precautions
The following notes should be considered when using/applying material:- (a) Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at one). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of paint with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flames (for solvent-based materials).
