Get-A-Fix W.R. is ready mixed, with acrylic based copolymer, water-proof, non flammable, paste like consistency, ceramic tile adhesive.

Where to use
For bonding ceramic wall tiles mosaics to plaster, plywood hard wood, gypsum board, painted surfaces and rendered light concrete blocks. It is suitable for Kitchen and bathrooms.
Product data
Binder : Acrylic copolymer. Type : Water base. Colour : Off-White. Consistency : A stiff paste suitable for application by notched trowel. Flash Point : Non flammable. Specific Gravity : 1.5 + 0.05 approx. Coverage : 1 SQMT/LTR if used with 6mmx6mm notched at 25 mm center covers.
Surface preparation
The surface to be tiled must be sound, flat, dry and free from oil grease, dust and other contamination. • Application of Adhesive :- The adhesive should be spread on the wall to a depth of 3mm. This operation is immediately followed by combing the adhesive with a notched trowel 6mm wide 6mm deep at 25mm centers. This will produce a series of paroled ribs of adhesive. • Assembly :- Tiles should be pressed in with sliding and twisting action to the place to achieve a better contact between the back of the tile and adhesive. Ceramic tile should never be fixed with tight joint. After tiling of 24 hrs, front with white cement the joints.
Application conditions
At a temperature ranging 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F) . Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Can should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F).

Safety precautions
The following notes should be considered when using/applying material:- (a) Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at one). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of paint with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flames (for solvent-based materials).
