Product description
A general purpose mastic adhesive used internally and externally for sticking sealing and water proofing low movement joints, bricks work, Precast construction and round window and door frames. It adheres to most building surfaces and as an Acrylic copolymer base product, it cures to form a flexible and water proofing seal.

Product data
Appearance : A smooth viscous paste. Colour : White, Grey. Specific Gravity : 1.5 Solid Content : 80 + 2%. Sag : no sag in 30 mm channel. Skinning time : 30 minutes. Curing time : Cures by evaporation of water 1-2 weeks depending upon temp. Flammability : Non flammable (water born).
Application details
Do not use below 5 °C. Weight Loss : 25 % approx.

Surface preparation
Surface should be clean and free from oil and grease. • Priming is not generally required on porous surfaces. When necessary, diluted with water (1:10). • GTC Get-A-Seal can be applied by hand or air operated caulking. Sealant is pushed firmly into the joint and wetted surface, tooling should be carried out immediately using joint shaping tools soaked in detergent solution.
Application conditions
At a temperature ranging 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F) . Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Can should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F).
Safety precautions
The following notes should be considered when using/applying material:- (a) Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at one). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of paint with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flames (for solvent-based materials).
