Product description
A single compound, solvent-based and a clear coating / sealing material designed for application over porous surfaces; demonstrating a high degree of repellancy against potential water & moisture attack.
Special features
Ready for use; providing deep penetration. Does not change original shape of allocated / coated substrates & surfaces. Protects masonry and concrete substrates exposed to aggressive environmental conditions. Does not support mould & fungal growth / attack. Provides simple / easy washing to dust and deposits hanging onto treated substrates. Provides a long lasting and durable film against water and moisture penetration. Does not plug pores in masonry surfaces. Allows concrete and masonry to breath without affecting adhesion characteristics. Does not allow evaporated moisture to penetrate through the applied film. Converts absorption properties of porous surfaces into a modified surface energy; eliminating water from spreading across treated substrate, and rather to form in a drop- like and easy to slide, remove or washed away drop. Treated surfaces can be overcoated with conventional paint coatings.
Where to use
As a protective and sealing film over Interior / Exterior porous surfaces including but not limited to a variety of surfaces / substrates i.e., Concrete & Cement Masonry Plastered Surfaces Bricks Stone Gypsum Boards GRC Blocks Wooden Surfaces Asbestos

Application conditions
At a temperature ranging 5 C (41 F) to 40 C (104 F). Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Can should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5 C (41 F) to 40 C (104 F).
Surface preparation
Surfaces to receive silicone material should be dry, clean and dust / contamination free prior to material application process.
Where to use
Intended for a single application coat by brush, spraying equipment or through dipping process up to saturation point to enable excellent impregnation properties; yet a second coat application could be required over surfaces exhibiting high absorptive tendencies.
Mixing and thinning
Material should be mixed before use, but thinning is not recommended.
Important restrictions
For second coat application of Silicone Material, it is recommended to apply it as soon as first coat is absorbed by the substrate and before it is dried/set.
Cleaning tools
For cleaning tools, equipments and machinery use GTC002 Thinner.
Safety precautions
The following notes should be considered when using/applying material;- (a) Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at once). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of paint with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flame (for Solvent-based materials).
