A single-pack, solvent based Industrial and Priming Coat based on Modified Alkyd Resin; pigmented with Leafing and Non-Leafing Aluminium Paste intended for application over wooden surfaces.

Surface preparation
1. Surfaces to be coated must be dry, clean, and free from oil, grease, ... etc. in accordance with SSPC-SP1 Solvent Cleaning. 2. Wood must not contain more than 17% moisture. 3. Surface must be sanded and/or ground to eliminate surface imperfections.
Where to use
Intended for a single or two coat applications over well prepared surfaces and to be overcoated with Conventional Paint Coatings.
Mixing and thinning

Important restrictions
• Best results can be achieved by brushing on first coat as this method provides maximum penetration and adhesion into the substrate. • When applied as a partial coat of a recommended scheme against "FIRE RETARDANT SYSTEM" it is required to apply this material at 50 microns D.F.T. (approx. 2 mils).
Cleaning tools
For cleaning tools and equipments use GTC002 Thinner.
Application conditions
At a temperature ranging 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F) . Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Can should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F).
Safety precautions
The following notes should be considered when using/applying painting material:- (a) Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at once). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of paint with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flames (for solvent-based materials).
