A two-pack High Build and High Performance Poly-amide Cured Epoxy Finish Coat developed to suit particular applications of increased thickness requirements to enhance protection characteristics in aggressive environments to allocated substrates in both New as well as Maintenance & Repair Projects.

Surface preparation
1. Degrease areas where grease, oil and other surface contamination exist in accordance with SSPC-SP1 Solvent Cleaning. (Use GTC002 Thinner). 2. Ensure intermediate coat is dry, clean and free from dust, grease and other surface contamination. 3. Areas where corrosion and rusting are experienced should be prepared in accordance with Specification Requirements of selected anti-corrosive priming / intermediate coats.
Where to use
Intended for a single or two coat applications over well prepared steel and concrete surfaces.
Mixing and thinning

Important restrictions
• For maximum performance, curing temperatures should be above 10 °C (50 °F) since material will not adequately cure below 5 °C (41 °F). • Two pack epoxies are commonly known to chalk upon external exposure. • It is not recommended to apply two pack epoxy material over 50 °C (122 °F)
Cleaning tools
For cleaning tools and equipments use GTC099 Thinner.
Application conditions
At a temperature ranging 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F). Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Can should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F).
Safety precautions
The following notes should be considered when using/applying painting material:- (a) Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at once). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of paint with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flames (for solvent-based materials).
