Wire Brush/Mechanical Power Tool Clean areas where superficial and/or firmly adhering rust exist in accordance with SSPC-SP2 and/or SSPC-SP3 Standards. 3. Surfaces to be coated must be dry, clean and contamination/rust free prior to paint application process.
Application details
☐ USAGE: Intended for two coat applications over well prepared and suitably primed steel & a variety of other metal and non-metal surfaces.
Mixing and thinning
Material must be properly mixed and is recommended for thinning with GTC011 Quick Drying Thinner as per below table:- APPLICATION METHOD | BRUSH/ ROLLER | CONV. SPRAY | AIRLESS SPRAY Thinning by volume (% Max.) | 10% | 15% | 5%

Important restrictions
1. Best results can be obtained by using conventional spray method of application. 2. For application over non-ferrous metals and galvanized steel surfaces a selection of GTC peculiar primers should be carried out i.e., a) Getaprime Etching Wash Primer b) GTC Zinc Chromate Primer (Please consult with GTC Technical Service Dept. and refer to individual product data sheets). 3. Avoid exceeding recommended Dry Film Thickness per coat as this tends to detain drying time and causes blistering of paint coating due to solvent entrapment.
Application conditions
At a temperature ranging 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F). Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Packing should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F).
