Where to use

Surface preparation
1. Degrease the metal surface in accordance with SSPC-SP1 Solvent Cleaning to remove grease, oil, dirt, soil, ... etc. (Use GTC002 Thinner). 2. Performance of this product will depend on the degree of surface preparation; therefore, best results will be achieved when applied to metal surfaces abrasive blasted to SSPC - SP10 Standard (SA2 1/2 Swedish Standard). 3. When hand wire brushing and/or mechanical power tool cleaning is adopted ensure superficial rust is totally removed; yet avoid polishing the surface (preparing the surface in accordance with SSPC-SP2 and/or SSPC-SP3 is normally adequate). 4. Surfaces to be coated must be dry, clean and contamination/rust free prior to paint application process.
Where to use
Intended for a single coat application over well prepared metal surfaces.
Mixing and thinning

Application conditions
At a temperature ranging 5 7C (41 6F) to 40 7C (104 6F). Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Packing should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5 7C (41 6F) to 40 7C (104 6F).
Safety precautions
The following notes should be considered when using/applying painting material:- (a) Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at once). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of product with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flames (for solvent-based materials).
