A high quality exterior paint based on high performance acrylic binder with UV cross linking component, formulated with Thyrotrophic characteristics to enable achieving flexible, water proof decorative and protective finish (Anti Carbonation properties).

Surface preparation
NEW SURFACES : 1. Degrease areas where grease, oil, soil and other surface contamination exist in accordance with SSPC-SP1 Solvent Cleaning . (Use GTC002 Thinner). 2. Wire brush/Mechanical Power Tool Clean areas where laitance, surface porosity and loosely adhering foreign material exist in accordance with SSPC-SP2 and/or SSPC-SP3 Standards 3. Surfaces to be coated must be dry, clean and contamination free prior to paint application process. OLD/PREVIOUSLY PAINTED SURFACES : 1. Degrease areas where grease, oil and other surface contamination exist in accordance with SSPC-SP1 Solvent Cleaning. (Use GTC002 Thinner). 2. Remove all blistered, cracked and brittle paint coats off the surface. 3. Detached coats with inadequate adhesion must be properly scraped-off to a firm edge. 4. Glossy paint coatings must be sanded/roughened to ensure proper intercoat adhesion characteristics with successive paint coatings. 5. Surfaces to be coated must be dry, clean and contamination free prior to paint application process.

Important restrictions
Excessive thinning will cause ELASTOMERIC to loose its thixotropic nature.

At a temperature ranging 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F) . Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Can should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F).

Tested as follows :- 1) AL-Futtain Exova laboratory, dubai for adhesive strength, crack bridging capacity, tensile strength & elongation, repaid chloride permeability, determination of water vapour transmition rate, determination of carbon dioxide gas diffusion. 2) Ministry of public works government center of testing are research. average tensile strength, average elongation, tensile tear strength, water absorption percentage, water absorption percentage, impact resistance, salt spray resistance, resistance to weathering, water vapour transmition.
Safety precautions
(a) The following notes should be considered when using/applying painting material:- Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at once). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of paint with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flames (for solvent-based materials).
