Product description
GYPSAFILL is a specially formulated joint filler and surfacer for walls, gypsum board, plasterboard, fiberboard among other surfaces. It is non shrinking and does not crack on drying. GYPSAFILL adheres very well to prepared surfaces. It is based on a new technological concept making it possible to fill deep crevices in minimum of applications.

Application details
Fill clean groove with paste then place polyester mesh on top embedding it in paste. Follow by a very thin application of GYPSAFILL or Acrylic Putty on top of mesh. Let dry.
Drying times
11/2 hours at room temperature (25°C) shortens with higher ambient temperatures.
Sanding interval
Sandable after around 2 hrs. at room temperature.
Overcoating interval
Can be over coated after complete drying.
Coverage for gypsum-board joints
For standard joint grooves coverage is from 5.00-5.50 meter length per 1 kg. GYPSAFILL approx.
Application conditions
At a temperature ranging 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F) . Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Can should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F).
Safety precautions
The following notes should be considered when using/applying material:- (a) Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at one). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of paint with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flames (for solvent-based materials).
