Product description
Penetrol belongs to a new generation of Acrylic Primer/Surface conditioners. It is based on a new Acrylic technology offering excellent penetration, wetting and consolidation of chalky, friable weak substrates of various types. These properties apply to low porosity difficult substrates also. The use of Penetrol results in strengthening the substrate hence providing a paint system with excellent adhesion on a well conditioned surface.

Surface preparation
Surface must be clean and dust free. Laitance on concrete should be removed by appropriate means. Gypsum surface should be adequately cured.
Application details
• USAGE OF PENETROL SEALER : Intended for a single coat application for external and internal surfaces.
Mixing and thinning
Mix 1 volume Penetrol with half volume fresh water maximum. • METHOD OF APPLICATION: Brush, Roller, or Spray (preferably by brush over porus substrates).
Cleaning tools
Clean tools with fresh water only.
Application conditions
At a temperature ranging 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F) . Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Can should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F).

Safety precautions
The following notes should be considered when using/applying painting material:- (a) Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at once). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of paint with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flames (for solvent-based materials).
