Product description
A specially formulated water born interior wall putty based on Acrylic copolymer mixed with suitable pigment and extenders to match the speed of modern building construction to obtain good leveling and coating sub- straits.
Special features
• Ready for use where no mixing is required in site. Can be applied over non-plastered concrete and masonry surfaces. Non toxic, non flammable and sound/absorbent coat. Easy to sand and provides a smooth finish. Very good hiding power and tends to hide minor surface imperfections. Dries to form a surface tolerant and compatible substrate with all types of paints.
Where to use
As an interior leveling and putty material over a variety of new and old substrates i.e. Concrete structure. Gypsum Boards/Plastered Boards. Fairface concrete. New Construction ceilings.

Practical coverage primarily depends upon nature/degree of surface porosity, method of application and site conditions. Flash Point : Non-flammable (water-born product). Rec.Film thickness : Up to 400 microns per application.
Surface preparation
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from contamination i.e. dust, oil, grease, mould, mildew or loosely adhering materials ...etc. For new concrete, substrate protrusions such as nibs, tins.. etc must be removed.
Where to use
Intended for two or three coat applications over suitably sealed/primed surfaces.
Mixing and thinning
Ready to be used, no thinning is required. Method of application :- GTC Wall Putty can be applied by trowel, putty knife and steel scraper.
Important restrictions
Apply the putty material in successive thin layers, sanding is required between layers after a minimum of 5-6 hrs. to achieve perfect smoothness and adhesion. Don’t exceed recommended film thickness as this will result in poor adhesion, cracking of the applied painting system. (Glossy surfaces should be roughened until gloss fades away).
Cleaning tools
For cleaning tools and equipments use fresh water only.
Application conditions
At a temperature ranging 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F) . Relative humidity is below 75%.
Storage and handling
Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Can should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F).
Safety precautions
The following notes should be considered when using/applying material;- (a) Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at once). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of paint with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flame (for Solvent-based materials).
