Surface preparation

Remove all dust, dirt, oil and grease contamination, loose particles, laitance and old paint…etc, the surface must be smooth and dry.

Application details

☐ USAGE: Intended for a single coat application over well prepared internal surfaces.

Mixing and thinning

Material must be properly mixed and recommended of thinning up to 10% by volume with fresh water only. And up to 30% by volume with fresh water for absorbent (porose) surfaces. ☐ METHOD OF APPLICATION : DL Anchor Primer can be applied by Brush or Roller and conventional a spray .

Important restrictions

in case of smooth surfaces like tiles, gypsum or plasterboard add with fine or medium size of sand (quarts) at about 5-10 %.

Cleaning tools

For cleaning tools and equipment use fresh water only.

Application conditions

At a temperature ranging 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F) . Relative humidity is below 75%.

Storage and handling

Product must be stored as per local regulations and should be kept in dry well ventilated location far from heat and direct sunlight. Can should be tightly closed after use. Mix well before use. Storage temperature range between 5°C (41°F) to 40°C (104 °F).

Safety precautions

The following notes should be considered when using/applying painting material:- (a) Take precautions to prevent material entering the eyes (goggles should be worn, irrigate the eyes with water when become contaminated and obtain medical care at once). (b) Take precautions to avoid skin contact (gloves should be worn, barrier cream should be used). (c) Ensure that repeated contact of paint with skin is avoided. (d) Provide adequate ventilation. (Face masks must be worn). (e) Keep away from sparks and open flames (for solvent-based materials).
